“Troubled Waters” is the oral history component of Ghost Pools.  Organized and facilitated by Ann Hill Bond, “Troubled Waters” recording sessions are open invitations for people to share their memories of East Point’s public pools. The project seeks to restore the untold stories of East Point segregated public pools into public memory and the built environment.
