Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons
In 1850, Castleberry Hill was Snake Nation, a rowdy red light district that was cruelly and deliberately burned down. For Flux Night 2012, the Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons gives Snake Nation a proper send off and parades a juicy piece of Atlanta history! Dress in your best wicked 1850’s funeral attire, you thieves, gamblers, and loose women! Build a saloon lantern in one of our free workshops, and be part of our 40 Saloon Salute! Carry a luminary Snake Nation bag available at line-up, help give away free snake oil samples, and second line the band, Mercury Orkestar!
